Made another one! And it still doesn't have the thumbnail code xD It won't happen till I get premium >w> Anywho there wasn't much to cover in this because it's mainly review and just making stuff even more purty.If anyone is interested in live HTML private lessons and I'll see what I can do. Might cost about 3 points since I'm taking time out of my schedule to instruct you private and live (we Skype and I show you my screen, not my face >.>) More info on that soon!

A background of a picture? Do you mean when you post art on here? When you make a picture that's a matter of opacity/fill (depending on your program) not HTML.
