So I did one/two of the challenges on the DPOC-Challenges-Central blog on Tumblr ouo

Name:- Neon Splash (a.k.a. Splash)

Age:- Died at 17, current age unknown.

Powers:- Able to recolor anything, invisibility, flight, intangabilty, overshadowing, glowing in the dark.

Cause of Death:- Had an asthma attack from accidentally breathing in too many spray paint fumes. Couldn't get to her inhaler in time and the ambulance took too long.

Hobbies:- Coloring, being mischievous, drawing, music, changing colors around her, spooking people for fun, hiding, joking, singing (though she's awful).

Good/Bad?:- Most definitely good. She's too ditzy to be bad. She only wants to be mischievous and have fun, it's nothing malicious.

Strengths:- She's very good at hiding so if chased the chaser would need eyes on the front, back and sides of their head. She can literally erase people out of existence if they annoy her too much. Can recolor anything to her advantage.

Weaknesses:- Can't go into water or else she'll get washed away, like paint. Doesn't fight at all. Slightly overweight so quite unfit. Easily distracted.

Other things to notice:-
-Her hair is a little like Ember's, as in it pulsates and moves, though gravity does apply to it.
-The ribbons on her belt do change color, like a lava lamp.
-Her hair is always rainbow.
-She can change her own colors for short periods of time.
-She has a small paintbrush hidden away in her dress.
-She sometimes likes to paint with her feet.
-During the day she doesn't glow, if it weren't for the unnatural skin and eyes, she could easily be mistaken for human.
-She has NO POWERS during the day.
