My Fox's name is Shizuka:
Shizuka means quiet, silent or gentle.
In her golden Light Form, she is very calm and gentle.
Only once a year she could turn into her demon form "bloodlust".

She can at night, whenever she wants to but she avoids it.
But once a year, she is forced to go into her bloodlust form.
Like "Releaving the bad side, so it don't devour you and your beloved ones forever".
Usually she is in her Light form. That's her pacifist side. Her position is similiar to that of a forest keeper. Her character can be described as calm and gentle, also protective (protecting the forest and animals against human and fire, and stuff). She takes care about animals who get hurt or wounded. But she won't protect deers from wolfs, for example. Because nature is nature. As long as they don't torture each other or so, she won't interfere. (Hopefully this is understandable, since my mother tongue isn't english xD)
In her demon form Bloodlust, her other nature becomes her. She turns into a Hunter and is looking out for prey. She loves the fight and is very cruel and behaves horrorfic. That's why she always leaving her forest for that one night, going somewhere into the mountains and hide in a dark cave, where she cannot hurt anyone, because often, when she turns into that demon, she lose control over her doing and when she smells blood, she turns crazy.
Since she doesn't fight heavy in her light form, she turns into her blood form if necessary.
- do you know bleach? the anime... where ichigo and his inner hollow are fighting together. that's some sort of this. She takes the power and appearance of her other side, but still has the control -

A culdesac is a section of road in residential areas here in North America with a particular trait. If you think of roads going perfectly north to south and east to west, they would make squares between them. These squares are what we call blocks. However, if you put a small road going a distance into the block and put houses all around it, that would be called a culdesac.Β
The part I find funny is that it's an English term that derives from a French saying they found charming. Sac means bag, de means of, and cul is an anus. So Cul-de-sac literally translates to ass of the bag, or the English expression "asshole"
