To my shock I realize I never posted this to DeviantArt! I must have painted this nigh on a decade ago now, and going to post it's sequel I realized the original was missing from my gallery
I imagine maybe I never uploaded it because I wasn't able to mesh the gold leaf with the oils quite as harmoniously as I pictured in my brain; I'm always too merciless a critic of myself though because now I can see it came out super enchanting
