Their arms are touching, right? When I saw this originally, I thought that was the case. And not knowing that they hated each other, I read it as a subtle touch between two people who maybe have wild sex in private but would be very reserved in public. XD
What is the significance of both of them doing the hand gesture with the palm facing inward? Outward means "live long and prosper" and inward is "I hope you choke on a fish-bone and spend eternity in hell?" My Star Trek-fu is weak...
Anyway, I like how her hair came out and the texture on her tights.

hahaha . . . it wasn't really a deliberate decision to make the hands face inwards, I just thought they looked better that way.
But yeah, they are barely touching. . .Vulcan's typically kiss and show affection by hand and finger touching, these two are only coming together out of duty and the uncontrollable drive of pon farr. . . neither of them want to be there at all.
