Subtle Notices: There are patches of fur burnt off on her back due to intensive amount of flame contact with fur, and her fur not being as higly fire resistant as on her paws.
Atlas is taller than average pikachus.
Disabilities: The naturally flat tail isn't just a visual defect, it renders her completely defenseless against electricity despite being a chu. Lack of lightning shape makes her tail unable to control electricity, making her vulnerable even to her own electrical power, constantly putting her at the danger of sustaining electrical injuries.

Personality: Atlas likes to keep that cool, mature and hella rad air around her ever since a young age. In short summary you could compare her to a generic bishie in the animes. At the same time she can be a douche too. Although that's not quite exactly so. Under that rad shell there's just a big coward baby with a terrible fear of the world. In hopes to shelter herself and live the cool rad life she always dreamt of, she started pretending to be someone else. What seemed like a small act eventually grew and turned into an actual matter of intense obsession, to the point where you could say she's already become what she's always wanted to be, except that's by far nowhere near to what she actually is. It's quite similar to her smoking addiction which, too, started as a thing to gain the cool punk image.

At a much, much older age she eventually looses all sense of "reality" and forgets her real self entirely. You could say, she ends up living her life a lie in the end. Despite that she never gets over majority of her fears, only slightly locking them away by telling herself she's not afraid. However, these fears can still be brought out if you push the right buttons.
Later on the lack of her base personality eventually leads to really weird and unpredictable behaviour.

Easier to befriend when given free things, especially cigarettes and food.

At a Glance: Cool class punk. Kind of approachable but not exactly. Mostly can be seen as a generic bully, a stray dog.
Closer Bond: A little nicer, still appears like a stray dog, but more of the "don't bite the hand that's feeding you" type. With some exceptions, tends to stop bullying, yet still remaining a punk douche occasionally.

When she feels fully comfortable with someone, she gets slightly more relaxed regards her act - doesn't try that hard to keep the show going, and sometimes even happens to reveal her big coward baby side, unwillingly however.
