Name: Ridge.
Species: Wyvern.
Gender: Male.
Area: No set territory. Wanders through volcanic areas and mountains.
Size: 3.2m tall. 12m long. 18m wingspan.
Age: 48 human years. Still very young.
Speech: Voice constantly has a deep rumble present when speaking. Slow speech speed. Not a very large vocabulary. Not very good at explaining himself.
Personality: A gentle giant, Ridge always tries to be careful of his surroundings, as he can sometimes forget his larger size, and is rather clumsy. Most are repelled by his looks and brutish size – those who can look past this will find an extremely loyal friend. Definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed. He will restrain from having to fight as much as possible, if forced he will only defend. Though only a defensive type, this dragon is still a mighty force to be reckoned with and can still strike a serious blow without much effort. He absolutely adores any type of flora, as he doesn't often come across any in his volcanic terrain. He cannot deal with extreme violence, cold or water, but loves a good lava bath!
Diet: Carnivorous, but prefers not to eat larger, more intelligent creatures. If it talks back to him, he wont eat it. Sheep are his favourite. Eats stones to fuel the fire and burning liquid he produces.
Physical features: Large teeth for crushing bone and rock. An enormous biting power. Large nostrils and ears to make up for poor eye sight. Able to spit a burning hot liquid from under his tongue. Skin on his neck is very wrinkly and loose (when preparing to spit this sack inflates). An incredibly large wingspan in order to lift his huge body. Barb on the end of his tail is used to inject the same burning liquid from his throat – this burns an opponent’s skin and if injected into the body can boil the blood stream. Tail is very flexible, so the ridges are spaced out to allow for this mobility. When the tail is flexed or bent, the space between the ridges can be seen – the skin underneath is too hot to touch and glows with heat. His wings have the same look on the underside as they to the top side. His skin and internal organs are completely heat proof.
