Whilst Qatal enjoyed his time wandering the territory of Mlima, he also enjoyed spending time by the lake simply sitting and reflecting. It is one of these times that causes him to pause... he has caught feelings for the lioness, Inja. And through the time they have spent together; talking, laugh, and flirting... He realises that those feelings are reciprocated. It's with a heavy, resigned sigh that the cheetah comes to another realisation. He needs to tell her about his past.

I know I said I wasn't gonna post my art to DA anymore aside from ARPG apps... but I am damned proud of this and just wanted to share it. For those that don't know, Qatal here is an assassin. Trained to kill by the lion that adopted him and later sold him on to a prestigious group of assassins where his training was continued and his skills perfected. He left that life behind after he was forced to kill one of his lovers, and now the other was hunting him. He's wondering how he will tell all this to the girl that has caught his eye... Poor guy is a bit overwhelmed.

I'm still so proud of that background. Lots of referencing TLK and TLG screenshots to get it just so. The tears of frustration were so so so worth it.

Apologies for the huge watermark, my art got stolen recently and the person removed the watermark so now it's a giant one. Good luck removing that, asshole
