The last of the Fan Dancers - as it says...I present: Blue.
Her's contains the traditional stylings of Japanese dance- by extension is the most rigid and formal. She was the last I developed, and would be the elder of the three.

Addendum:
-Utensils- .5 mechanical pencil, Sakura brand pigment liners, Prismacolor markers, and Photoshop CS2
-Working Time- 2 hrs. penciling, 2 hrs. inking + cleanup, 1 hr. coloring and photoshopping. Total Time: 5hrs.
