Best dinosaur. I've followed the work on this over Tumblr, and it looks so great. It's one of the most natural-looking dinosaurs I've seen (I haven't seen that many, but STILL) and I'm looking so, so much forwards to see the finished thing. It's almost a shame that it's not going to be used for anything!
I really like the place where it stops, it adds some life to it :3

I love this! I thought it had very realistic movements, especially with the way the head and tail move in time with the legs while walking and trotting. I thought the stop looking just a tad too sudden, with the left rear(one closest to us, just to clarify) leg looking a little awkward with that little half step. Otherwise, I love it! Great job!

I'd like to see a bit more thrust and drag on his legs especially in the run.  The movement is very nice and fluid but it seems to be a bit floaty and lacking in power and drive in the rear.  The top feathers on his elbow also seem to move rather awkwardly at the end of the cycle.

Overall, it's beautifully done.  Just a couple tweaks to really make it pop!

Ever'body do the chicken-neck! *Bob-bob* Ever since I found out why chickens do that, I've found it quite interesting.

The movement is great!  Better than I've seen from 'professional' animations in documentaries.  Why didn't you go with the full coat of feathers?  Or is it simplified?

Neck seems to pop around the 0:19/0:20 mark. Really digging that tail secondary/followthrough!

I love the way you glide the feathers and tail with the movement of the body, as well as the bobbing of the head.  Although to be honest, I have a couple questions.

As the dino moves, the inner claws on the feet do not make any movements at all.  they constantly stay erect.  Wouldn’t they move any?  I don’t know of claw movements between birds, lizards, or dinosaurs, but I would assume they would falter at least a little when he comes to that stop.

When I run, I have a tendency to firmly hold my arms up against my sides so their not lose all over the place, so when I look at this little guy speed up, my mentality is would he also clench his hands closer?

I'm not an animal expert and I know you observe them more then I do, I’m just curious about if lizards or dinos would do such movements or not?

This walk is really great, walk cycles can be really difficult to make look correct. The movements of the head when it looks around definitely give it a sense of life and personality.

There are a few things I noticed that were a little off. I am by no means an animation expert, so you can totally  ignore me if you want! First, the left foot sinks into the ground during the beginning of the walk (which might not matter I don't know). Secondly, as the left leg steps down it has a quick movement as it makes contact with the ground. Just like it's stepping down to fast. I not sure if I'm describing it well. At my school we call it a pop. Anyway, it's pretty subtle. The last thing is the head movement when it turns forward again. It seems like it leads with the back of its head then turns to face front, instead of doing a full swing with its head. Again, I'm probably not explaining well and maybe that's how birds move.

This is just my opinion on it and it's still a fantastic animation, I'm just being nitpicky. Also, sorry for the long comment.

The steady head was a very nice touch, smooth even gait, and I saw a lot of bird in its movement which adds to the accuracy and authenticity, imo. Very nice job!

The movements are very realistic, but I think that when it walks and runs it's too slow and.. "heavy" compared to the movements it does when it's stopped.
belonging to this, wonderful job!

Holy snapdragon! This is amazing! I love the way his neck skin behaves when he pauses to look around, and the way the feathers move as he walks! This is incredible!

Did you render him completely from scratch or did you build him from a base model?
