YEAH.THIS HAPPENED.
YEAH.
the new movie was SO GOOD.
and inspired me to dig deeper into TOS. I WAS SO CASUAL BEFORE, AND NOW I CANT STOP. DAMN YOU JJ ABRAMS. also space is wonderful more scifi scenery plis.
GUH Chekov and Uhura and Sulu and Scottyyy were all so good and MCCOY WAS SPOT ON PERFECT. NO JOKES. He was the best. and KIRK OF COURSE ROFL I love him. Pine's made the character.. more likable I think <<; sorry shatner I still love you >>;
AS for Spock I still loved him but.. he was a bit too pissy and condescending for my tastes. And now that he's lost his mother and planet his character'll diverge even farther away from TOS!Spock <<; maybe he's just young? I'll try harder to like him as a separate character but I still miss old Spock >>;;
also I love anyone who understands the last picture ;D

Oh! Do you have Photoshop? I just opened the image of the meme in photoshop and drew right on it. If you set the layer that has the meme on it to Multiply, it makes it see through, too, so you don't draw over the text.

XD Love it! And you used two Chekov quotes from 'The Voyage Home' (lines 4 and 9)! For that..you get 5 brownie points. Displaying Spock/Kirk and Sulu/Chekov in all their glory and cuteness...15 brownie points. Making everyone (even Romulus and Remus) cute as hell...20 points! But you lose 3 points for scarring my mind with Pike/Chekov (although it did make me giggle a bit ^_^ ). Wonderful job!

LoL, you didn't like the new Spock either? Awesome! So far everyone I talk to seems to love him, but that's because they know him as that dude on Heroes (And I don't watch Heroes) Maybe Nimoy will give him some advice in the next movie.
I'm glad that everyone because of this movie is getting into TOS, hopefully now people will start to realize how awesome it really was. (And that Kirk/Spock do belong together, really. One episode and its so obvious.)

i wanted too but when i went to the cinimas a while ago it was already gone D; it didn't show here for long?idk.
but i think over my 20 years i must have seen every star trek episode ever made xD my dad is so almost almost a trekky it's not funny. a closet trekky maybe?
