Description Whaa this was my first assignment for Illustration classss >^< I'm so excited to start my major~

We had to read Mary Shelley's Frankenstein and do something based off an idea we liked from the book, so I chose the battle between science and nature 8D mmm Victor and Henry were good representations of that but my teacher didn't want any figures in our work so I opted for this~ I was really nervous but the crit went well.. I think <<

Also hopefully I'll be updating more often with.. better things this year! YEAH YEAH WORK HARD MAYBE

Ahh exciting perspective is exciting. AND. The juxtaposition between nature and lab science, especially as science was in Frankenstein-- I haven't read the book, but I imagine, as a novel of romanticism, it depicts the perversion of life from death versus death from life-- I love it. You did a beautiful job illustrating that contrast.
