- Jealousy Discus: A concentrated disc of air that can be directed at a single target for its maximum damage, or spread out to hit multiple targets to spread the damage between them. (3 turn cooldown, 5 uses)
- Wish Upon a Supernova: The user launches a shooting star at the enemy, dealing damage as it explodes on impact, with a chance to stun, and leaves a cloud of stardust with AOE damage for the following two turns. (4 turn cooldown, 3 uses)
- Newfound Spirit: A sudden surge of resolve, the user shows fate what they’re worth, dealing a percentage of their lost HP back as damage to the enemy, and gaining back half of this damage as restored HP. (5 turn cooldown, 2 uses)

History:
Alistair grew up in the perfect premise for a comedy movie. Transferred to an orphanage at birth, he spent the first few years of his life there before being adopted by Graham Solis, perpetual bachelor, who was proving a half-drunken point to his friend that he could handle commitment for longer than six months. However, unlike in comedy, (or similar, perhaps), the setup was there but the punchline never came. Graham, who was ready to ditch the toddler at the end of his self-inflicted ‘year’s sentence’, progressed from rich bachelor to even richer husband of a business affiliate.
Determined to keep relations with her family strong and impressions positive, he resolved to keep the bad decision child. Why did it matter? He had enough money to keep a growing boy quiet and out of sight. Never going public with the adoption, however, and preferring to keep this on the down-low, Graham had the boy home-schooled by professional tutors. The hours were shorter from a public school, and with the weight of expectations placed on him by these tutors, the child became quieter, more stressed, and very anxious as the years went on. How does one interact with people if you never attended school with them?
Not even in double-digits, he needed an outlet, an escape from his life, which, though privileged, lacked most essential forms of affection. At the mere age of eight, he turned to the four monitors in his room, which inside a whole new world existed to immerse himself in – Coven Online. He reshaped everything about himself. A sixteen-year-old witch named Zephyr. She was his escape. She became more real than he had ever felt, and soon every free minute was spent pouring experience into the avatar, developing skills and having experiences he could never have in his own world.
He soon joined an online group as his persona. They called themselves the < ❇ShootingStars❇ > and were a small group of eleven. Their goal: support each other and those around them in the quest to ever better themselves. Inspired by those who had offered him a sense of community, Zephyr reached out to new players, providing them with basics items, tips, and when they needed it, support.
Now an official no-lifer, save for his continued lessons his avatar progressed in leaps through this digital world he gave her home in, beyond those of the fellow members, who, though avid players, still had more pressing matters to attend to, like real friends and family. It took a few years to build, but a rift eventually tore in the group sparked from two members now only formerly involved in each other’s lives. The drama between the others, who knew each other decidedly more than he ever did, caused the deactivation of ten accounts, and control of the Coven naturally fell on ‘Zephyr’.
With the funding the group had amassed and the items in storage, the efforts to support new and struggling players could be doubled. Soon this particular witch gained a fanbase of thankful players (as well as teenagers who happened to really like ‘her’ avatar). Either way, ‘Zephyr’ kept levelling, improving, and helping, and the boy devoted his time more and more to letting her keep it up.
So it was without question that when Delphi Innovation invited him to the beta for their upcoming game, he would make certain to be there. It took no convincing of Graham to let him go. He had a cousin in the area that could house the kid, and with enough hundred bills to replace paper as his shopping lists for life, he provided a portable assistant for continued tutoring and general care when needed.
Alistair left the anonymity of the building - not home - he lived in, and moved to the City of Tregaron.
