History:

Terry was always a good girl, or that's what people thought before she became pregnant at the ripe age of fifteen. Highschool boys were so immature so she had taken to frequenting bars as well as twenty somethings under the pretense that yes she was definitely of age she assured them. Welp her parents pulled her from school, well began homeschooling her until the bun in the oven was done.

Terry began to immerse herself in virtual worlds. They were a solace from what was happening to her; she didn't feel ready to be a mother and the daddy wasn't in the picture (not that she remembered who he was). Her school 'chums' avoided her like the plague now and her family treated her like a dirty little secret to be locked away. As it were she began to git gud.

Complications with the pregnancy arose and ended in a miscarriage. It was an odd thing not to feel relief over something she had never wanted at first but had grown to accept and even love her happy accident. She mourned the death of her nameless child and delved ever deeper into online gaming.

Years pass. She starts her own guild in her favorite MMORPG: Last Adventure Online. They're not the best, but they're good and she makes sure to take care of all her 'kids'. They made each other stronger and more than anything there was the friendships. Like everything though, it had an end. In this case it was a happy one. Some members drifted apart while others kept in touch with Terry. She still has her real life responsibilities, working at a bar makes ends meet.

Checking her email one day Terry hums at an invitation to an online beta test. She had been mucking around in other games for awhile but nothing really stuck, still looking for one that envoked the same feeling as LAO. Maybe this one would be different.
