Did you photoshop the sign board? It looks like taken from a car/train with an expected motion blur on the immediate surrounding ... expect the sign board which is mysteriously legible. Just curious

glad you like it! i only did curves and levels adjustments in photoshop. the picture was taken out of a car standing backwards on a train. i put the camera on the car window to make it stable. The emergency brake (red cord) sign of the train obviously moved with me, so only the closest sourrounding is blurred because of the longer shutter.
