Description
Lasecron is the other version mascot, of Pokemon Utopia (again, not a real game). In this version, it is the doomsday weapon used to take the entirety of Vengol at ransom. The observant among you might notice the Aether Foundation Logo. The reality is, both Armogedon and Lasecron are from alternate histories. In the timeline that Lasecron comes from, an alternate Aether Foundation is behind its creation. Lasecron is from an ultra futuristic civilisation, whereas Armagedon is from a post-apocalyptic dystopic civilisation.

Design Inspiration Lasecron is based on a mythological Pegasus, laser technology, supercomputers, integrated circuits and angels; it opposes Armogedon in being cyberpunk themed, being a cyborg entity. Armogedon and Lasecron also represent Matter and Energy, respectively. It's lore draws from Infinity energy and theories about magic in Pokemon proposed by youtuber Lockstin - the gist of this theory is that Dragon and Fairy represent two types of magic. To put it in DnD terms, dragons are charisma casters - leveraging arcane power over magic in order to make it do its bidding. Fairies use wisdom to cast magic, they are one with nature. Lastly there are intelligence casters, and those can be attributed to Psychic pokemon, being so learned as t understands the inner workings of how magic is formed. Needless to say one of each of the trio members represents each of these types of magic. (One of the generation 5 movies even mention "draconic energy" alluding to it's difference from traditional fire). Lasecron represents intelligence in this analogy.

Etymology Laser + Unicorn + suffix -tron
Battle Tactics Lasecron is a specially damaging nuke. Being a doomsday weapon, it specialises in charging up and delivering one big, final, devastating attack - usually ending in a KO.

Dex Entry This war machine arrived on Vengol to wipe it out with one shot. It is rumoured to have cause the sky to darken from the light of its attack. It was brought here by the evil Ultra Beasts.

Signature Move Infinite Laser | 5 PP | - BP | Psychic | Special

If the foe is paralysed, asleep or frozen the user knocks it out in one hit, otherwise the move fails. If it succeeds, the user faints.

Lasecron is not known to evolve.
