.:What I dislike about Magnezone:.

Magnezone is bulky and visually jarring
The transition form Magneton to Magnezone is really bizarre and Magnezone looks really goofy especially because it's hard to tell that the red spot in the middle is an eye. (I picture it as a nose every time XD)

Magnezone does not have anything to do with Magnetic fields
Magnezone's design does not really lend itself to being based on magnetic fields. It's change in design does not follow any logic.

Magnezone's evolution method does not have any influence o its design
Usually special evolution methods contribute to the design in a special way. For example Probopass gets a moustache of iron filings as it is exposed to a strong magnetic field. Magnezone doesn't get anything from its evolution method.

Changed the design motifs
I designed it based on an atom of Lithium (3 protons and electrons), a magnetic field, and electromagnetic forces.
Lithium is a paramagnetic element. This means that it becomes a magnet in a magnetic fields. This is very appropriate as magneton evolves while in a magnetic field. The three red eyed heads are the protons and the blue eyed ones are the electrons. Also the electon heads are free because that's what causes metals to be able to be magnetised.
The zappy curves represent the field lines of a bar magnet. It is not accurate the shape of the design, but it's the most recognisable field. Iron filings are all arranged according to the field direction.
One magnet of each of the side heads is a hand charged with electricity. This represents electromagnetic force (hand = force).

It goes well with Magneton's design
I made the transition from Magneton to Magnezone more smooth and intuitive. Magnezone now looks more like Magneton got exposed to a strong magnetic field
