So here is my second Mega Evolution, Mega Raticate! He's a sewer rat that is drenched in sewer water. It's mouth is filled with bacteria, making it's bite fatal. Their fur get's bloated up to make them look bigger.

Or maybe you could have it so that it 100% poisons, but 30% of the time it badly poisons?? Besides, Raticate isn't that bad with a mega - it can just get a lot of redistribution of stats + the extra 100, like Beedrill.
