So let me give you a bit of backstory for this one. My region is supposed to have gym leaders that are not type specific, rather they follow a certain theme and battle strategy. Recently, I had the idea of these super powerful trainers (I am calling them master trainers or expert trainers, and yes they are partly inspired by the master trainers in Let's Go) that deal with mono-type teams. All their Pokemon are level 100 and if you beat them they will give you their insignia, shown on the top-right. The twist is that they battle you in special arena (and these are not necessarily man-made ones like in the Pokemon league) which give them a kind of buff or give you some sort of de-buff, or both, depending on what team you bring. These battles are supposed to be genuinely difficult and require planning (that's why all their Pokemon are level 100, so that over-leveling isn't an option) and are kind of like secret bosses after the main story that is an optional hard fight to prove yourself, and should take you multiple tries to beat. If you beat an expert trainer, not only will you gain their insignia to prove that you beat a trainer tougher than the champion, but you gain their respect as well and will then allow you to have them as battle mason partners. You will hear about a group of extremely capable trainers that warded off the bad guys in the main story in places you were not present, and that will be your introduction to these expert trainers, you will only be able to meet them at various locations in the region after you become champion. They are really, really good at Pokemon battling, an they don't care about the Pokemon League, so your place as champion merely makes them consider battling you.

Story

Zoe may have grown up in a bad neighbourhood, but she makes an effort to be different from her peers. She recently started attending university, on her own money, and is trying turn her life around. It's too bad that she still is wrapped up with some bad company. Her battle style reflects her upbringing as she is hyper-aggressive and doesn't allow any time to stand still in a battle. When things get tough she isn't afraid to get in there herself.

Personality

While Zoe is hyper aggressive in a fight, she will only engage if the fight is worth it. As a friend she always had your back and never double crosses people, something that she takes pride in. She has been criticized for this from some of her bad company, but she stands her ground. Her strict morals have lead her to try to turn around her life.
