Designed specifically for rescue operations in hostile environments, the Hostile Environment Penetration and Assault Exoskeleton is capable of going into space, plunging to the depths of the ocean, walking in lava fields, stepping into a nuclear reactor, or taking a Howitzer round to the face, all while keeping the wearer as safe as if he or she was a babe in their mother's arms. While it may not be heavily armed, it doesn't need to be - with supremely powerful 'nanomusculature' systems and extreme energy storage and output levels, the Juggernaut heavy armor is indeed an unstoppable force.
