God you guys have been requesting this one for a long time, and today I’m finally delivering on it! I had a lot of ideas here that I tried to make work, so I’m really hoping you guys like it considering it’s been so anticipated

The Wither is a god of chaos. The anger and memories of slain Nether denizens congealed together into a floating agent of destruction, which has no complex intelligent goals behind those skull faces; only the will to raze the Overworld to the ground and spread it’s fury. The three main heads are the connecting force behind the whole thing; veins pumping from there bloated heads into the rest of the body, and in its chest one can see that from the essence of Nether souls more heads are being grown along ripe plump tentacles. The three main heads, in order to protect there place as the overseers of the body, fling the half-formed skulls towards other organisms in the Overworld, where they explode with seething rage and destroy anything in sight. The residue left behind congeals into a sad attempt at a new Wither, which only ends up as a Wither Rose that deals lasting damage to what’s around it. The Wither in my reimagining is the counterpart to the Ender Dragon, both Lovecraftian entities. Whereas the Dragon was formed from the abyss by logic and thinking, the Wither was crafted out of raw emotion and temper, creating what I like to think is a cool balance between the two.
