Maybe. I don't know if Daleks canonically have any genders any more because they are all cloned, right... but then the Amorous Dalek isn't like other Daleks so if he has a gender (and I dunno if he does I just use he because it seems disrespectful and well society seems to have a preference for males so... *shrug*) then maybe. Hell honestly I think the Amorous Dalek would flirt with or hit on anything that moves and some things that don't, but won't go any farther then that with out consent. So at least there's that.

Perhaps. I've never thought of it like that. But I think about how Ood's reproduce, it might be some sort of mitosis for aliens 'cause they aren't she's nor he's so their basically its. I also wonder that of a Silence because there were sooooo many in the "Impossible Asrounaut" and "Day On The Moon" and how they manage to erase themselves out of your memory even though they are scary aliens in tuxes with four giant and long fingers and the second-to-last finger they have is like a middle finger in my opinion and also, how the heck do they make that creepy motor/rattle breathing and when they talk, they sound like Darth Vader on steroids or something like that?? It really scares me sooo much but I'm only 14 and I have a nasty case of "Whophobia" (scared of the monsters of Doctor Who, I came up with the name last night LOL) and I just can't seem to get rid of it...! I hope I can recovers soon because the new season of Doctor Who is on THIS SATURDAY and I really, really, REALLY want to see it! I think you may have an answer perhaps. If you did have Whophobia, how'd you get rid of it?

Yeah. The Daleks made me think of tall R2-D2s when I first saw them, but they don't communicate in song-like beeps and boops. Though I don't know if I like their voice better then R2's or not...
