Description HURURUIOH*SADOIHISHFDOISH| I HAVE BEEN IN AN ENCLOSURE WITH WOLVES!!!!!!OUH!OUH!OIH YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT U R TALKIN ABOUT RETARD! WOLVES ARE LOVING AND GENTLE NOT DANGEROUS!!!! FUCK YOU WOLF HATER!!!!

I am beyond sick of these retards. I dare you to go out and play with a pack of wild ones. You will probably be another headline splashed across page one about someone getting killed by wolves. But they if they are so loving and gentle, you should not have anything to worry about.

Look at Candice Berner's story. They are not so gentle and loving are they? She was jogging and they attacked her because she was something that did not have horns, claws or fangs. She was easy dinner. They did not do it out of 'revenge' because she was a trapper. They did not do it because they were pissed off, they did it because that is how they are programmed. They are predators. This goes for ANY predator. It is how they are programmed.
'
This also goes out to hybrids. It is the wolf in them that causes them to have that looming threat.

[link] <- known fatal wolf attacks on humans.

No, I do not hate wolves. I like wolves pretty well but I know what they are unlike these uneducated twits who act like they know everything about them. IE. Self-proclaimed wolf expert!

HEY! The Drama Llama paid me a visit!

You know there have been many stories about wolves actually PROTECTING people in the wild

Show me one. There's more proof of wolves killing people than there is of them protecting them.

People they were here first we on THIER land so of course there gonna fight for it it's their home they have no where else to go.

Please show me proof that Canis lupus precedes Homo sapiens.

That's a myth. There is about as much evidence for that happening as there is for the existence of Perseus and Medusa.

Also, you need to do some more research. You are very misinformed/ignorant about the nature of wolves.

Ok.Let's get something straight. I never said that they PRECEDES humans. But they still have their own right's too and don't deserve to be called monster when it's just nature. You also have to keep in mind that the modern day dog evolved from wolves and that wolves and humans once lived together peacefully.
And yes I confess that there are many more wolf attacks then wolves saving people but it DOES happen.
As for you first question there was a story where a wolf saved two people from freezing to death out in the wilderness. They where out helping injured animals in their animal sanctuary when a snowstorm blew down some trees. They couldn't dig themselves out and they thought they would die there when a wolf they rescued walked up to them and stated to dig. After a while they eventually were able to crawl though the snow were the wolf dug out and reached civilization. It was on the news this happened in the year 2006 in the mouth of Dec.

Now please just shut-up and go back to your own damn business please, I really don't feel like fighting with someone just because of a different opinion. It's completely pointless to me, all I did was give you MY opinion that does not oblige you to say something back...

You also have to keep in mind that the modern day dog evolved from wolves and that wolves and humans once lived together peacefully.

Correction: dogs evolved from small desert-dwelling middle eastern wolves, not the big fluffy timber wolves most people think about. The northern wolves we see on discovery channel and Nat Geo are quite different from the wolves dogs came from, and have never been domesticated.

As for you first question there was a story where a wolf saved two people from freezing to death out in the wilderness.

From what I can gather, the animal involved was in fact a wolf-dog hybrid. I'd like to see a pure wolf do that. In any case, I find it ironic how most wolf advocates will use the good behaviour of hybrids to prove that wolves are nice, yet when a hybrid hurts someone, it doesn't count as wolf behaviour...

gaarafan103 In reply to Dark-Hyena [2012-08-06 15:53:05 +0000 UTC]

Oh my fucking god just fucking annoying and yes I know they didn't come from the damn gray wolf or the damn timber. When I say wolves I don't always mean those types of wolves.

And I have seen that story on the news but that wasn't the one. The one I have talked about before was one that I've found on the internet that talks about saving wolves or some shit like that. But I know it wasn't that story your talking about.
Now please just shut the fuck up cause the next you say something to me I'm not gonna even bother reading it so just shut the f up!!!!

Dark-Hyena In reply to gaarafan103 [2012-08-06 21:33:53 +0000 UTC]

Well then, please find me that story, as I'm having more trouble finding that than finding accounts on people killed by wolves.

P.S. "gray" wolf encompasses the species as a whole, it's not a specific sub-type. I'm sure you knew that, though. Probably slipped your mind. Cheers.

All these wolfaboos are fucking hilaris.

I love wolves, 90% of my trip to Yellowstone was spent looking for them. Yet, they are WILD ANIMALS, therefore, THEY ARE FUCKING DANGEROUS.

Just.. Love them from a distance lolol.

Some wolf packs kill their prey for fun, and don't even eat it.

:I

Nature for you.

So no. They aren't little fluffball sweethearts.

Yet, I love them.

Camoline In reply to ??? [2012-07-02 08:25:46 +0000 UTC]

I agree. People don't seem to respect wolves as wild animals very often. Can't they see the fangs and the claws? Remember, kids, that you can't blame an animal for being an animal because it is equal to hating someone for having feelings. But also, you are over-estimating it a little. All those other cases where the wolf didn't attack and simply ran away.

neonwolfgirl In reply to ??? [2012-07-01 22:44:16 +0000 UTC]

Let me tell you a story, or at least put you in a way or situation that the wolf is in. Once you had a family of maybe four or five. You lived in a small town with what you would call your family. Surrounding you were the woods of which you loved so dearly. One day, all of the game in the woods vanished, not due to to the fact that it was winter, but due to the fact that they had to leave. You, your family and the village are starving. Are you going to let your pack starve?

boomjuice In reply to neonwolfgirl [2012-07-26 20:16:08 +0000 UTC]

both humans and wolves are omnivores. they can survive off of the edible vegetation found in the forest. your argument is invalid.

boomjuice In reply to neonwolfgirl [2012-08-15 21:40:59 +0000 UTC]

I have done research, quite a lot of it actually.

"When [mammals] are insufficient, they will prey on lizards, snakes, frogs, rarely toads and large insects as available. In times of scarcity, wolves will readily eat carrion, visiting cattle burial grounds and slaughter houses. Cannibalism is not uncommon in wolves: during harsh winters, packs often attack weak or injured wolves, and may eat the bodies of dead pack members."

"Wolves will supplement their diet with fruit and vegetable matter: they willingly eat the berries of mountain ash, lily of the valley, bilberries, blueberries and cowberry. Other fruits include nightshade, apples and pears. They readily visit melon fields during the summer months. Wolves can survive without food for long periods: two weeks without food will not weaken a wolf's muscle activity. A well fed wolf will store fat under the skin, around the heart, intestines, kidneys, and bone marrow, particularly during the autumn and winter."

Both of these are from Wikipedia, found here: [link]

also, the only know attack in which a human was eaten by a wolf was in 1888.

I'm not saying wolves aren't killers, because they are, rather that they would rather eat a frog or some berries than devour a person.
