What I find fascinating about this picture is the life in her eyes in contrast with the rest of the picture. Very mesmerizing. And a very cool concept of vanity, as well.

Can I have a dumb question? I want to do this as a carneval costume, so I bought an eyeliner... but I don't understand, how do you keep your eyliner sharp. Normal sharpener doesn't work, because it has too moist consistency. Probably with a knife, but I fear that a lot of it would be wasted...I've found a tip to put the eyeliner to a fridge before sharpening, but then it would take forever. Any advice, please?

I actually use a cream pot eyeliner like HIP. I just use a brush and like cream or gel eyeliner, I only use the stick eyeliner to do the outline, the rest is painted like a canvas with a paintbrush. ^_^
