It's an idea I had for a fanfic, it isn't real (as much as I wish it was).

If no one writes it I'll try my hand at it one day.

I might. School just got out for me yesterday ( Wednesday, it's Thursday for me where I am right now ), and if I can revive my writing muse, as well as get through with those requests and commissions which I owe, I can try it. What would the requirements be? Would I be able to wing it, or is it a strict HalfLife/DP crossover?

Sorry for the late reply, it's not. School just got out last week, myself... You can make of it what you will, my own thoughts on it aren't even concrete always changing. If you want to work on it, go for it. 

If you still want to work on it, the basic idea is that it takes place between HL1 AND HL2 during the period of time where the portal storms that ravaged the world after the events of HL1. What happening during that time is a little vague, a lot of general ideas or other things you get from the chatter during in-game. It was basically the same that creatures from Xen were spread out due to these storms. You get a general idea of a large scale version from HL2E2.

Hmm...I'm sure I can make something. Ghost-resistance force vs. alien invasion, anyone? Think Ben 10 can get involved?

I'm sorry, I was getting my life together. I don't know if you're still interested or not in doing this. I was giving you freedom to do whatever you wanted with the idea. If you would like it would be fine with me if you think that you could make it work.
