I was thinking along the lines of the scene from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom where the evil priest guy rips out your still beating heart with his bare hands.
Except more romantic.

more than anything i'm feeling to negative space... whut with the ink splotches and all the runny gore... this is HOT. splatter is like a finger-print... but one that is never the same, it's got a voice but it's look is never the same. it screams! this shit is tight.

very expressive, I love those splatters.. only negative comment would be what seems to be a drop shadow of some kind around the heart (the top part) - kinda bothers me

yeah,i was iffy about the airbrush shading around the heart too..
easily enough remedied though, just a layer in photoshop.
i guess i just added it cause it felt like it needed something there

I can definitly see the romance - especially in the sensual curves and the gooshy, black spurts.
