I've been a bit out of the Poser loop for about a year or so.. Where are the regular pony models where you got the head from? Is that up on ShareCG or such?

Basically you need to attach the various manes/tails and textures from the first pack onto the rigging. Also you need to flip all the texture files vertically before they will work.
