forgive the errors i do that when i get really excited doing my villians bios and commentary. anyways originally a brazillian fashion designer he had ruthless bussness like qualities like norman osborn to get his way to the top but he got too big people started to blackmail or put hits out on him. so he used osborn formula that originally gave him powers but with the lost of his own sanity. kingsley was not stupid so he hired stooges to test it for him until he got someone to get the formula right where his mind would not go insane. he was supposely more powerful and stronger than green goblin was. he even modified his gadets and weaponary making it more deadlier and more proficient due to his increase intellect. kingsley may have possibly been more cunning than osborn ever was as he used his new found powers to target his competition and try to blackmail them or just simply kill them to get them out of his way. he would use his blackmail to have his enimies do what he wanted. although after many countless battles with spidey it seemed kingsley drown during one last battle but instead he later brainwashe spidey's friend and reporter ned leeds into thinkingng he was the hobgoblin. this caused leeds to be later killed by some assassin after he was outed and set up by kingsley himself. kingsley today still is a big pain in spider-man's side and a villian he has to constantly stop whenever he gets the chance. i also like the battles between him and osborn its pretty epic.

Roderick kingsley aka the hobgoblin- fanmade birth year (1958) hes more than a ripoff than the original some fans of the this guy will tellu straight up that hobgoblin is more superior and awesome than the green goblin. (in my opinion nothing beat the original) hobs may look cooler than osborn but norman osborn he is not no matter how hard he tries. to me norman osborn is the true original goblin hands down but u gotta admit hobgoblin is still too awesome for words even if he is a rip off. he still is considered one of spiderman's greatest and deadliest foes. like the green goblin before him there have been many who has don the mask of hobgoblin and wore it with evil pride. hobs is a great spidey foe and love him to death yet like many fans his identity for the longest have been a mystery and have been wondering which is the real one. it gave me such a headache in the comics but the mystery identity was one of the things that gave the hobgoblin his appeal. like norman kingsley was a businessman but didnt run a chemical plant but his business was just designing clothes. dont let that fool u because i laughed and thought there was no way the true identity of this awesome rip-off was simply a famous fashion designer. kingsley is very cunning and crimally brilliant.
