here's a little insight of my photoshop post process methode: i use the colr slect option to select only the dark areas of my picts, or th brigh areas, or the greens... you get the idea and i copy/paste them on a new layer.then i play with hue/sateration on each tone separatly

i do something similar but with gradient maps and then subtle application of screen or multiply modes

u could do that with simple sliders using adobe lightroom its got hue saturation brightness color selective and bright and dark area hue saturation aswell
try it out one day

I love to play around w/ hue and saturation. It can change the whole feel of a pic. Awesome work!

ah it looks like cross processing filters that you can get, I think you can also use levels to the same effect, changing the high and low ends of R G B separately. It must be hard to choose a final image from all the possible color combinations
