I think that Pascal is a great an unique 3d modeler because he have a strong base in paintings. He is a strong classic sketcher for first, (cause he became from an honorable School of Art) then he aim to perform himself as 3D modeler. But after all, my personal opinion is that the perfect road to heaven is the continuous personal research in your own aimed for find a fine balance between technique and concept (for concept I mean STRONG ideas, culture included).

To be honest I wouldn't say either fantasy or scifi, it's background is of course from the NorΓΈnn Mythology in Scandinavia. As you probably know and have researched before making the photo is that the Valkyrie's are taking the dead worrier souls from the "world" down to Middgard.
But I am pretty sure you already know this, so it is not my worries to interfere, but I couldn't help it..I just had to write something..sorry..
But I really love this work as well as the fact that you make pretty cool photos indeed
