the font used to be a huge pixelfont, but dualTRX wanted this one... so not my choice

I like the mix of vintage vs. modern in color choice, tone, and style. It would definitely make the finished product unique, and could definitely catch some eyes even though the slight sepia overtone throws off most of the contrast. The CD label and background is probably my favorite aspect of the piece.

Well... if I was going to critique, I'd say that the text setting on blunt black boxes at times can be a little overboard. I'd test some changes in opacity, even if just a tad, same with the small triangle of dark blue that falls into the back cover. However, it would be easier to make judgements when seeing it actually put together three-dimensionally. Right now, I'd say that its pretty nice on its own, but it also depends on what type of music genre it would be representing. The wood background says "country", but the color choice and shape of the focus definitely say something a bit more "techno-trance" modern.

Ah... that makes sense. The first thing that I would do if I bought this ablum would be to see how the CD looks when spinning at full speed, since some of them have unique patterns. N'Sync's album could probably be used by a hypnotist.
