Photoshop has a bunch of effects you can do! The ripples are done by layering several space pictures in different modes, on's on multiply, ones on hard light, ones on pin light, etc. I should make a tutorial on how I did it.

That’s so good!! do you use a tablet to draw? I have a surface tablet and use a surface pen to draw and my hand always gets stuck on the screen!!

I use a cintiq! I used yo use an intuos 4, the change helped a lot!
