Made this out of a screenshot on the web. Love Chrome but hate it's icon.If you can think of a batter use though, go for it! ^ ^

Right click the shortcut > Properties > Change Icon.
From there, click browse on the new window that pops up and select the shield icon! Do not move the icon once it's been set, or the path will change and your Google Chrome icon will not look like the Shield anymore. If that happens, just repeat the process again, it will reset the icon's path. :3
