This is Trixie. I call her ambush kitty because what she likes to do is find places to hide, and then ambush me out of nowhere. Uusually she attacks my feet from under the couch, but after I brought home this paper bag from McDonalds she has found her new favourite ambush point. Anyone walking by this paper bag is subject to a sneak kitten attack on their feet.Related content

my cat max used to be an ambusher, even when he was getting old. he'd wait behind a corner and when someone walked by he'd jump out and up in the air and spread all his legs out so he looked really big. he never really tried to make contact, just to scare the pants off whoever. i saw him do this to my grandmother once, he must have been a couple feet up in the air, all four legs and tail out. my gramma did get scared and then angry. i had to keep myself from laughing. well i did later. a lot. but he was getting revenge, she used to scare him with the broom or vacuum cleaner.
your kitty is beautiful, i envy you a bit. i have two old ones now, they don't play too much anymore.
