It has a faint smell of green tea. You'll like it if you like green tea.

Okay, just wondering about the health benefit of more GTea in the diet.
What would happen if you blended the beans? Would that change the raising of the bread? It could be a vehicle for more protein without using meat.

Well, I am not sure about the effect of baking on the health benefits... I guess I am more interested in the taste.
Again, I have never thought of blending the beans into the dough. Not sure what will the end results be.

How does the baking affect the properties of green tea? Are those beans in there?

Well, it has a faint smell and a slight bitter taste of green tea.
Those were red beans, boiled and softened before they were put into the dough.
