Thanks!!!!! I built the frame from scrap metal I found at work, the rest is ordered or bought except for the smallest copper washers, had to make those.

I made one tattoo machine frame in my garage with limited tools. It was a whip. It would have been better if I had a grinder. You just have get some good steel, not stainless, it needs to be able to make an electromagnet or you will have to make a steel yolk as you would see used with stainless or brass machines. The best way to start is to find a machine and measure all the dimentions, and then make your self an accurate scale blueprint. As long as all the holes line up it will not matter what the main side (design side) of the frame looks like, but less metal the better. If you do not want to make a tube clamp (vice) you can buy them and then add it to your mahcine frame later. All my precision grinding was done with sandpaper on a smooth flat surface done by hand to get all the parts square, or near square as can be by hand. It is a hard process but if you got time and another machine to use as referance you can do it.

I wish you had a better pic of the plexiglass skull.

You sure can, if I can find them, I may still have them tacked to the wall in the garage.

I sent the last letter with out finishing it. I wanted to say sorry for taking so long to reply back you.
