I opened an oekaki drawing board and 148 minutes later, this was born. I had fun.

This is AWESOME. The expression is amazing and the blur is bonkers (on his hands, that is). Did you make this in Painter??
If you did next time you should consider saving in like PNG or TIFF (both of which are lossless compression formats) so there aren't any "artifacts". did i just contradict myself with 'lossless compression'??

I made it on an oekaki board, and it saves PNG but I resave it to JPG cuz... Im biased like that.
