Element Description: He is able to intoxicate his opponants; which has the effect of lowering their speed, accuracy and co-ordination skills. Basically; he gets them drunk. He can also give people hangovers; complete with blinding headaches, naseau, dehydration and sensitivity to lights. Along with this; he can also remove the effects of alcohol or drugs from their systems; effectively sobering someone instantaniously. However; for addicts this does not alleviate their cravings. When he does get drunk; people can get a 'contact high' from him.

History/Background: Dylan is the the younger child of his family; his older sister is an organizer and his mother runs an small alehouse on the edge of Patrick's City. It's a community hub where he and his sister Alanna grew up knowing everyone around them. After leaving home to live independantly; he had a string of odd jobs around central as a busboy and cleaner; before landing a gig at The Dancing Shamrock - a cabaret club. Here he learnt to mix cocktails; and flirt outrageously. During his time here he met Brandyn who would become his best friend, together they would go out on benders and pub crawls - and eventually move in with each other so they could both be miserably hungover together. Eventually; after a relationship ended badly, Dylan got another job at Erin's Tavern. The cozy air of the establishment was popular with the younger crowd; afterwork drinkers and the relaxing nightcrowd. The owner; Erin - was much like his own mother. A middle aged woman who carried it well; and often gave him an earful if he came into work hungover. The first time he came in still drunk she'd chucked a barrel of icewater over him, stripped him to his boxers and made him sit on a stool until he dried.

It was All Hallow's Eve when the Heartless came. He and Brandyn had been out on a costumed pub crawl; no-one realised there was danger until the screaming started. The shadowy creatures hunting for hearts were overlooked or unheard - the usual night's revelry covering the sounds of people being torn down. It wasn't until someone screamed; high and shrill as she saw her friend's heart burst from her chest that people saw the danger. Drunk and frightened; they mobbed the creatures - only to find that bar stools and broken bottles had no effect; then they ran. Panicking; pushing and shoving to get away from the night. Seperated from Bradyn, Dylan caught a glancing blow to the eye and sent sprawling to the floor - kicked about as people fled; he was concussed and bloody when the Heartless fell on him and tore his heart out.

Appearance: In his full body picture, he is featured with his temporarily dyed hair and some scruff; as this is how he looks upon joining. In the headshot, you can see his natural hair colour and clean shaven face. Freckles. Freckles.
