Hey, ya'll remember those old warrior cat loner OCs, Crocus and Coltsfoot? Well, after I went on hiatus I wanted to do more with their story, but I figured that keeping them as cats was kinda limiting, SO... I turned them into humans.
The thing is, I turned them into humans nearly 3 years ago, and a lot of their art, story, and world feel kind of old and outdated. I tried making a whole fantasy novel-series-like plot that, surprise surprise, got too big for me to handle and I dropped it. But recently I revisited the story a little bit and honestly? I think it's pretty okay without the giant world-saving fantasy plot. Just a story about an adult who lost her family at a young age, finding a child who ALSO lost her family at a young age and deciding, "Frick, guess this is mine now" and they go on adventures and do mother-daughter stuff. It's basic, but it's cute, and I like it.

Right off the bat, I wanna mention that the world they live in is a very generic medieval, D&D-style world. No hard worldbuilding here folks.

Name: "Coltsfoot" Ranroud (What was her original name? Who knows it's Coltsfoot now-)
Gender: Female
Age: 10 y/o
Ethnicity: Mixed
Height: 4'3
Skin tone: Dark, pale vitiligo patches.
Status: Alive, living off of the land w/ Crocus.

Personality:
Coltsfoot is a surprisingly carefree child, considering the fact she's been living with the female equivalent of a mountain man for the past six years of her life. She's grown to see Crocus as more of a big sister, and as such she tends to treat her like one. She's often impulsive, and tries to pull off large stunts like scaling boulders, jumping cliffs, and hunting things five times her size to try and show Crocus that she can keep up with her. This usually ends up with Coltsfoot getting injured in some sort of way, and although COLTSFOOT isn't too bothered with getting some scraps or cuts or maybe a broken arm, Crocus definitely is, and it gives her a heart attack every time.
Coltsfoot tries her best to live up to what she believes is Crocus's expectations. She's very ambitious, and wants to achieve a lot of great things in her life, and she's willing to go to quite a few extremes to get it.
Another thing to note, because Coltsfoot sort of grew up surrounded by violence, i.e. mauled parents, and Crocus's job as a hunter where she literally kills, guts, and skins things, Coltsfoot has become desensitized to a lot of thing involving blood and death. She's not afraid to kill something if she has to, and she's certainly not an innocent uwu bean.
-Boring Personality Trait List: Carefree, impulsive, confident, independent, honest (At least to Crocus. She sees little reason to lie to her), very idealistic. Her main emotions usually bounce between happy and disappointed, and although she can get frustrated, she rarely ever becomes angry with anyone or anything. It's gonna take a while for her skill to match up with her dreams.
