WHEW it's been a bit hasn't it?
I've been pretty hyper-fixated on MAP parts for the past few months, and really haven't had much time to work on personal projects or paintings. As a result, I don't have much finished artwork that would stand well on it's own. That's the main reason why I've been so inactive on here and on Instagram haha

BUT THEN- I found out that some animators post stills of their animations?? Like this?? Where they take the main shots of the animation, string 'em together and post them in secession?? Needless to say my mind was blown and that I am now going to do this for the rest of the animations/MAP parts that I've made, be prepared lol

So yeah! Here are some frames from my part for Maggot Belly! I'm really happy with how the backgrounds in particular turned out, considering that I had a one-week deadline for the paintings + animation. It really tested my speed and I had to work pretty much non-stop for that whole week in order to finish on time. It was super fun and satisfying, but I don't think it's something I'd ever be able to pull off again haha!
