I loved making this one! I've never really created 'dust' in any of my pics so it was pretty interesting to give it a crack!This is for the upcoming PS3 game Red Dead Redemption by Rockstar Games.. DAMN I CAN'T WAIT
It's going to have all the same physics that GTA IV used and I think it'll be awesome having the big ol' Western landscape to roam around in!This pic was mainly just to get me hyped for the game! It took me a little longer than my usual pics, about 16 hours I think.. All done in Photoshop CS3 apart from the sketch..

Actually, I have a criticism! Though it's kinda invalid since you made this way before the big details about the game were released. Marston looks too young. This would be good fanart of him from back when he rode in Bill Williamson's gang, haha. But yeah, one of the big themes of the game is that the Wild West era is dying and John Marston is aging along with it. He's more of a defeated-aging-antihero type than a young, shoot-'em-up kinda guy.

Nice piece of work man. I just got the game today for the 360, and it is a really fun game to play. Even if the controls are a bit difficult to master.

We got Red Dead at midnight release (for 360 though)
and ive been playing it alor lately, its so much fun. I love how you can just roam..and the horseriding too!
