Facebook: [link]This is my submission for the Tomb Raider Contest, I absolutely loved the game, 10/10 for me! Such a great experience, and I'm really glad this contest has come about, this was very fun to do.

I feel sorry for her spine. Given Lara's new characterisation and, ahem, proportions, it is both problematic and ironic that you opted for sexualised T&A.
Still, your style remains unique and instantly recognisable. Good work, despite the unfortunate implications.

It's a bit odd how she is looking into another direction than the arrows is flying. Also, no one juts their butt out like that when they're runing and fighting.

The arrow thing is fine, in my mind it gives the picture movement and makes it dynamic, like she aimed at one foe and started taking sights on a new one just as she released the arrow.
You make a great point about the butt, though the picture definetly has professional quality and looks great in many aspects, there is an element of sexism in it that a lot of comic book artists suffer from that I think Tomb Raider in the past h ad but the new one is trying to get away from; the idea of a picture of a woman is better the more Boob definition or Ass definition we get to see. However, those pesky things are on opposite sides oof the body so the only way we can se both and get a double double score is to find a reason for the woman's spine to twist.

That indeed is what I was getting at. I don't know if you've heard of the Hawkeye initiative, but it aims to expose exactly that: women in 'strong' poses that are really meant to show off their booty. It's sad that even when people don't mean to, they may still produce pictures corresponding to that 'ideal' because it has been internalized.

I don't know man, the posture of her torso is right and her expression is fiercesome, matches the condition
But her lower posture doesn't seem right, you know, not a good posture to shoot an arrow using a bow. Nevertheless, awesome coloring and outstanding effect

Fantastic work! i love how you put so much moevement into your work. i've been waiting for this game, but i'll wait till may so i can get it for my sister for her birthday.
In terms of characters with bows, i'd love to see you draw Prophet from Crysis 3. Its a fantastic game, beautiful graphics, compelling storyline and engaging multiplayer
