The noise is there for preventing color banding. If you don't know what it is, check wikipedia

Without meaning to be rude, I have to say that I think this is too colourful and even bordering on garish. Your gallery is really cool, and if I had one of these phones I'd have one of your skins on it. However I just don't think this one works. Sorry if I sound too harsh.
