Description
In this TL the Nazis respected the Non Aggression Pact, the war came to the stalemate with the Nazis conquering all of mainland Europe, Africa and most of the Middle East. The Japanese were succesfull attacking Asia, conquering most of the West Pacific. The Soviets have remained isolated trying to avoid war with the Japanese or the Nazis.The United States saw the threat of the Totalitarian Empires and formed the United Democratic Nations with the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the Americas.
Finally Israel remains an impregnable fortress where Jews can be safe with their massive stockpile of sophisticated weapons and WMD's.

Absolutely, they all hate each other. Of course, the absolute hate of heads of the Riech is reserved for Israel.
On the UDN there's a mix, the US, Canada, Australia, Britain, Ireland, Iceland and New Zealand are democratic, most of Latin America is fairly democratic, although most of Central America is a plutocracy

It makes me sad that the Poles, Zulus and Koreans are on the verge of extinction in this timeline. Which isn't surprising given how genocidal those regimes would be if the Axis got their way.

There are still Poles and Koreans in the USSR and the territories of the United Democratic Nations, if the Axis are defeated they could effectively rebuild their nations. Sadly the Zulus have indeed been totally exterminated.

Are there any Black Africans left that somehow escaped the Boer dominated Apartheid South Africa on steroids in this timeline? Like say at least twelve Xhosa or something? Or the Nazis planning on doing something similar in the Congo or are they just content with using the Congolese people as slave labor?

Yes, just like Israel they could rebuild their nations if the nazis are defeated.
The only africans that have survived are hidden in the Ethiopian mountains, and the deep jungles of Central Africa and Madagascar. Probably some Xhosas, Tswanas and others were able to escape before they were killed, the Zulus stayed, fought but were defeated.

I like to imagine that the walls of these "Fortress Israel" type scenarios would be like modernized versions of Wall Maria, Wall Rose and Wall Sina from Attack on Titan (which should've been called "Attack of the Titans" in my opinion, since that grammatically makes more sense). I just love alternate history scenarios where Israel by some miracle from the gods manages to form itself even when Nazi Germany is still around. You could make great military sci fi works with those three way cold war between Fascism, Communism and Democracy scenarios.

Israel is so heavily armed that OTL North Korea would be a defenseless small nation in comparison. Think about Attack on Titan, World War Z, Game of Thrones and The Maze Runner combined and you'll have a small idea of Israel's borders.

I once wrote a short alternate history where Japan renewed its alliance with Britain in the 1920s and fought with the Allies in WWII, however, much like the Soviet Union, it was more an alliance of convenience. For example, as France and the Netherlands fell to Germany, Japan came in and occupied their colonies in East Asia to "maintain order", and what ended up happening is that they didn't give them back after the war, detonating their own nuclear bomb not long after the end of WWII, and as a result the world enters a three-way cold war between the United States, USSR, and Japanese Empire.

My friend was making an AltHis where Britain shifts to closely aligning with the Japanese rather than the US with a point of divergence around the First World War. He thinks that this would mean a far less militaristic Japanese state with a democratising government right off the bat. That would likely make America more likely to side with the Axis powers. Both of the scenarios - yours and his - seem very interesting.
