Next up on my little journey of Kaijuficationizing Valve's hat lads, we have the big beast for Tf2's Token Texas Technician, Engineer.
While one or two of these Kaiju Classes are implied to be augmented by humans in some way, namely with Soldier, Engie's kaiju here has the most appropriate human augmentation, being a factory like, cybernetically enhanced chimp. With it's design taking inspiration from various Engineer cosmetics like the "Iron Fist", "Iron Lung", and aptly named "Grease Monkey". The creature himself, like Robocop, has very few of his organic parts in tact aside from part of his face, his heart, and most importantly, his advanced brain that runs all the operations within the mostly mechanical body. Said internal operations are where the true part of the Engineer's buildings factor into this monster concept.
Within the Cyber-Simian's protective armor plates surrounding his abdomen is a miniature factory of sorts that constructs pods, that can be either placed from a long distance by being fired out of the chimney-like cannon on his back... or dropped out of a trapdoor on his ass. These pods can then transform into special devices for him and it's allies to take advantage of. Some of these devices include an Anti-Aircraft turret capable of lightly damaging other kaiju or simply serving as a diversion or bait (basically the Sentry), a chemical generator that secretes a pheromone capable of escalating the regenerative properties of any ally monster within smelling distance (kind of a reinterpretation of the Dispenser), and even a one way teleporter capable of transporting whole monsters (this speaks for itself).
