Wow, that's is quite a thought-provoking film... at first I was thinking "Oh gee this is exactly how people treat animals" until the giants started exploding into thousands of the tiny white guys after eating too many of them, and people don't usually explode into a thousand cows, pigs, chickens and fish after eating a lot of meat (though I'm vegetarian, incidently, but anyway)... I suppose it still might have to do with our relationship with animals, but I'm still gonna think about it more XD
Anyway, it's quite amazing, keep up the terrific work, and congrats on the well-earned DD

Really cool animation. Can't help but think of the giants as countries/social systems and the little people those who don't get to or don't want be part of it. Makes it even more unsettling IMO.

I was also rather disturbed by the majority of this film, but I'm glad I watched it the full way through because the ending made it all worth it. The animation is spectacular as well!

The animation was great, went along with the music well. However, I wasn't a fan of the story - it was a bit disturbing. Congrats on the DD though

WOW! Just WOW! I want to write a critique about this!
In the first few seconds, I thought it was gonna be one of those dull depressing movies. Then the GIANTS came in and I understood the whole "animation made from music" idea.
Then came all of the eating and disgusting stuff where I wanted to turn it off. Until I saw what the scientist giant did. I liked how the scientist would rather research the small people rather than eat them. And then he duplicates the little people which I thought was cool.
I then thought "oh no" when the scientist gave the other giants the cloned little people. But hey that was one good plot twist at the end where the giants explode and become the little people, and then another nice plot twist when the scientist un masked himself.
That was very impressive and I congratulate you not only for your DD but for when you won from other festivals that you've listed!
