Just make your resolution huger..er. I used to use 250 dpi, and now I use 350 minimum, a lot of the time using a 450 or so. I also do all my pictures on an 8.5 x 11 inch sized canvas or bigger; the trick is, the bigger you make your drawing, the closer in you can zoom, right? so if you screw up your lines when you're really up close, it doesn't REALLY matter, because when you view the picture from further away (so it's not so obnoxiously large that it makes you want to barf) you don't see the little bumpies and stuff. It takes way more time, though, because you have to hella cover more surface than you do on a smaller canvas/smaller DPI. I mean, in this picture, I'm using a 5pixel brush at 100% opacity and ... 58% flow ( I think? doesn't matter ) XDD;;.
So yeah. Use giant canvas + Giant resolution + zoom in hella far = smoother looking lines <3
