Hello! The drawing is really cool ! 
But I think there the shoulders are toooo thin/little, the head looks really toobig !
I think you would have put more highligh in the hairs ! Because i'm sur it would render much more reallistic !
I think tooth are too flat, becaus the head is a little bit turned to the right !
However I think you could try to had more shadows to a better renderin !
The pupils are not enough centered in the iris

But it's difficult to do childrens, so you did a real great work !

Adorable! There's something a bit uncanny and sweet about this portrait all at once, like how a porcelain doll appears. But I especially love how you've rendered the curls in the front of the face.
