from scratch... started with a blank mask, paper twist that I used as the "feathers". I cut each "feather" out painted them with glittler glue, attached each one to the mask, carved the horns from styrofoam.... It was fun... but painstaking.

Oops I am so sorry, I used your image in a manipulation, I must have forgotten to check if it was stock which I always usually do. I would be ever so greatful if you could say I could keep it there but if you are against it then I will take it out of my image straightaway.

So so sorry for not checking but it is lovely mask.
If you could let me know asap that would be great, I wouldn't want anybody to get the wrong idea and have a go at me.

It's not stock, but I am so glad you let me know. I love the piece and I want you to keep my mask in there.
Just want others to know not to use it...
no worries, Paula

I couldn't believe the materials list - gorgeous work, and a really wild design, very fey! (Or goblin, which was my first thought, but forgive me, I've watched Labyrinth a few too many times.) I love that it's not too feminine - a strong mask on a woman's face creates a very interesting effect. I also appreciate that the sequins were placed tastefully - I usually don't like them, but here they're perfect. Absolutely astounding piece, and well-designed - lightweight is always important when you'll wear what you've made.
I had a masquerade prom myself - I wish my mother had helped with my mask (or had a hand in my dress, I wound up buying mine.) Hope it went well - only four people wore masks to mine, myself, a friend, and our dates!
