This is a totally new pice for me... I'm working on the whole "scene" of a doll... well they need a place of their own. I attached a wooden candlestick to a small wooden plaque for the base, made the nest atop the structure using found bits and pieces... made the sleeping faerie as I do all my others.Available for sale, one of a kind pice.

how did you make the nest, i've been trying to make one for a while but they never stay in one peice

I used a basic nest, from the craft shop, as the beginning "base" and just built onto it wrapping vines, twigs and wire with beads strung onto it... The stick base is a wooden candlestick, I glued a thick cardboard circle at the top of the candlestick, then glued the nest onto the cardboard, wrapped "nature" around which hid the card and all that such stuff...
Hope this helped! Just trial and error my dear and practice...

it just came together.... I had taken a break for wilds a couple days ago... came home with bits of bramble and twig... and well, this litle one was born at my favorite place... my cozy little "club house" (that's what my girls call the shoppe)... LOL!
